These Terms govern access to Srasta websites, pilots, and enterprise services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
Srasta services are intended for business and enterprise use. You are responsible for ensuring authorized users comply with your internal policies and applicable laws.
Srasta supports on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid deployment models. Final security controls and responsibilities are defined in commercial agreements and implementation scope.
You may not use Srasta to violate law, infringe rights, or process data without required authorization. Abuse, misuse, or attempts to disrupt service may result in suspension.
Each party retains ownership of its intellectual property. Customer data and customer-provided materials remain owned by the customer.
Services are provided under the terms of your signed commercial agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in that agreement.
